todays marks the end for cedar throwers 04. notaionals are over. a sad fact to note but guess we all gotta get on.. for those who din do well, there is always next year.. pls strive hard for next year okkays?! dun despair, for it is the experience that matters. winning is jus an extra bonus for u to congratulate yourself. think thru of the training process and the experience u have gained and work on for next year.. the future of cg`throws is all in your hands. for those who did well, congrats and we are all definitely proud of u!! ;)

At lAst! i can write in this !!!! it's been eons since i've managed to write something here ... tra la la la la ... man .. Suphanburi Rocks lah! It's just so unfair that we have be plonked back to Singapore after 1 week! It's just sheer torture! the Agony!!! haha ... I want back ! I want back!
Today was just hectic ... Minister of State came today ... so our dear school decided to dress for the occassion ... We had BUZZ@CANTEEN ... (upper sec singing competition) which was to me ... a mess .. i had to hear the contestants through the PA system .. and even then .. half of the competition got interrupted by people cheering during jogging and got cut off for reasons i don't even know ... Ooo! but BOY can cedarians sing! There's this girl who sang the medley of 5 songs ? i thought it was really good! EVERYBODY thought she was really good! Should go join Singapore Idol ..
Tomorrow's training ... tra la la la ... still nursing my muscle aches .. wah .. that stretching during the pulling of the rubber thing really suanish ... after finishing 5x20 ... almost collapsed! haha ... than discus and shotputters threw frm indoors! so cool la! Sabby was just saying it looked like a CATWALK! haha! cooliO!
guess that's all ... hope tmr's not going to rain like yesterday ...

HULLO, YOU!
this blog is as stagnant as the canal in suphanburi. so i am updating. for the first time. fwah! anyway the layout is weird now. all the pics have disappeared. woe be blogger. okay i'll stop babbling. training is okay now. and we owe mr seem pizza. must pay tomorrow (me sab and jade). geez. thanks to liangming also.

THAILAND WAS SMASHING! all of us (the throwers, or course) got the same room (room 4!) except for jamie, amanda and amelia. :( anyway it was still fun. met many throwers. and one javelin thrower called Pui.. she throws 36m. i feel mediocre. haha. i think everyone is in love with Dr Pat or smthg.. He's the principal (right?). bugs are everywhere, kinda got bitten too many times to bother. and we had a wedding! mr bert jellybeans and miss timon bonbons! they're PEZ sweet dispensers by the way.. fwah.

competition is this month! i think the web to check the dates is www.rjcat.com . yeah. brrrrr.

okay i'll stop babbling. i'm posting up the pics! (yes, finally) have some cool pics of the wedding and our dearest mr seem. haha. photographic evidence!
