yayyyyss.. i helped in this blog.. gosh i miss you all sooo much.. hey must go my website and read the thank you page.. i dedicated notes to my dearest wonderful group of throwers! yayyys! train hard peeps.. miss ya all.. ok stupid mangs ask me to write long long one.. so i gotta drag this as LONG as i can yahs.. ok i hope you all can do well next year for nats... its okay we haven't won for a long time.. but don't be demoralised.. and don't let others put you down cos throwers have been contributing alot for the last few years.. so we have to continue ok? don't let SOME people look down on you and despise you all.. cos you guys are the most wonderful peeps ever! but ah.. must remember to stay humble too ok? yays... u peeps rock my world... hope to see all of you againnn!!!

i am back to do thissss.. it may be my last..? its like.. kena caught by tay for some stupid shit.. and kena sacked. oh well, wadeva. anyway, have fun training yea? missinyouall+

its a new season.. just hope everyone would start it afreshhh.. put all the painful experinces behind and remember the good.. live up to the name of cedar throwers.. we are all behind each another.. everyone gotta encourage each other and all gotta stay positive no matter wad.. we are a team.. so lets work towards a common goal..
